Help Desk Service Availability [April 27, 2006]
On behalf of our ITCS Support Team, we are glad to announce the availability of the Help Desk Service for all Existing Customers who have a contract with us.
This new service will allow our customers to follow up and track their Service Requests since the ticket generation until the ticket got resolved by one of our Support Team Members. In this way, we hope we can serve you better and improve our relation by coordinating all service requests from one single entry point. Stay tuned for more service-related enhancements!
In order to access the Help Desk application, please ask your Customer Service Specialist for your username and password.
